• Pick up

Place your cake in the footwell or boot of your car and drive slowly home. If you can, have the air conditioner on to help it remain cool on the drive. Once home, pop your cake straight into the fridge and ideally keep it in the box if size permits. Bring your cake to room temperature 1-2 hours before you would like to enjoy it.

  • Cake display

If you are displaying your cake at an event, choose a cool, dry place to display it out of direct sun. Ideally, take your cake out of the fridge to display it 1-2 hours before you would like to cut and serve it. This way you donโ€™t run the risk of it melting especially on those warmer days. If you are displaying it inside or in a relatively cool area, you can display your cake comfortably for longer but we still recommend serving the cake within 4 hours.

  • Leftover cake

Place any leftover cake in an airtight container or wrapped in cling film in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Alternatively, wrap tightly and place in an airtight container to freeze. Bring to room temperature before consuming for the best texture and flavour.

Allergies and Intolerance's

All items may contain gluten, eggs, dairy and certain products contain nuts. If you have specific allergy/dietary requirement, please contact us directly to ensure we are able to cater to your requests. We are able to cater to gluten, dairy, egg and nut intolerances in some instances but extra charges may be required to cover specific ingredients.ย

Whilst we may be able to remove any of these ingredients from your order, all orders are made in a kitchen that also use these ingredients and therefore traces may be present. Whilst we do our best, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of these ingredients. Please consider these points when booking in if you have a high intolerance or allergy to these ingredients. Remi and Florence Bakehouse are not responsible for any allergic reactions/intolerances as we are not an allergy certified kitchen.
